fix(launcher): StartNitro5 checks felt-voice + felt-indextts, not ollama

Ollama is gone from the laptop (2026-10 audit; Felt's brain is felt-llm on the server's
P104), so the launcher's ollama half always reported a failed start. It now checks and
starts the two Felt services that actually run there.
